Rooms were large. Beds and pillows were comfortable

Was not given the room I requested and received very little help from the front office (night manager in particular) hotel is not in a great part of town to say the least. The shower/bathtub floor was unstable and not firmly attached...sort of like surfing in your shower. Not safe!

the only hotel I have stayed at in Wis that I could not get Milwauee Brewer game on TV. I believe they could have a better selection of TV channels. thankyou D Wake

The design of the hotel, the room and how close it was to shopping and tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and was very helpful in helping us make decisions on what to do in the city. Every place we explored was much to our satisfaction. We plan on returning soon..if not often.

None...everything exceeded our expectations.

We have stayed at the Ambassador several times and each time, we continue to enjoy our stay. It is nice to see how the Ambassador has become a little "jewel" in the area, We graduated from Marquette in the 70's so we come up to visit friends. We also have a daughter and other family members in the area so the Ambassador has become the place we like to stay.

We stayed for 2 nights so I didn't expect the same type of room cleaning for each night but when our room was cleaned on the second day, the coffee pot was not emptied and the bathroom was not cleaned. We got fresh towels, which was great and the bed was made but that was it. Having said that, we still enjoyed our stay and will come back to the Ambassador.

The service provided there was fantastic. The room for a king bed with a pullout couch. Location: the hotel was just next door to Pabst Mansion and Milwaukee for a girl's weekend and the metro area.

We stayed to attend a concert at The Rave (across the street). The hotel is very nice. We had a deluxe double room (on the 8th floor). Super nice, and it was $127 w/tax. Great price, for a great rooms at a well- kept hotel! The location is kinda shady; however, there is a Taco bell, McDonalds, and a convenience store (with beer) on the same street - 2 blocks tops.

Quiet and comfortable.

Sgtrong air freshener smell (or disinfectant, perhaps) on arrival. We had to open two windows to air it out. By late evening, it was tolerable.

Perfect for family adventures

The shuttle service was a game changer, took us wherever we wanted without stress. The grand entrance of the lobby was actually beautiful, really made us feel like we belonged.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable considering the amenities offered.

I really enjoyed being there, the place is stunningly beautiful and unique.

The room was luxurious and big with a king bed and the style of the 20's, for example as expected.

I really liked the old fashioned ambiance and feel of the hotel, especially the elevators. The decor was very nice as well. Quite deceiving from what it looks like on the outside to the looks of the inside. Very nice.

Our stay was too short. Definitely will remember the next trip to Milwaukee.

The kids enjoyed the pool and hanging out in the cozy coffee shop. The only downside was that the hallways felt a bit plain, but it didn't take away from our stay at all 😊

A true hidden gem

The vibe was super chill, and the staff were amazing. They helped us out when we needed it, especially when my wife was sick. Room service hit the spot with great food. Only downside? A bit of a scramble with parking during busy times. Otherwise, we had a relaxing time!

The Art Deco design of the Ambassador Hotel Milwaukee was enchanting. The spacious lobby and wide hallways offered easy navigation, perfect for my comfort and mobility as a senior.

More diverse dining options for breakfast would be helpful.
